Initial Visit

Your first visit with us will be scheduled for 45 minutes. This will be one-on-one and include a thorough evaluation to learn more about you and your movement patterns to help us develop a plan of care to reach your goals.

 

This visit may include active exercise, so please wear appropriate clothing to move. Please arrive 10 minutes early if you have not already filled out the intake paperwork.

Parking and Entrance: Please use the rear parking lot to the Plymouth Ice Center
